Terms of Use
House rules & terms
Booking a seat at PLAYHAVEN PC CLUB is simple, and so are the rules. By using the site or buying a pass you agree to the terms below.
Seats and time
A booking reserves a seat for a stated date and hour block; we hold it fifteen minutes past the start.
Prepaid passes grant a set number of playing hours, used at the desk on arrival.
Prices shown are per station, per hour, unless stated otherwise.
Using the club
One seat per person, headphones on, food and drink where the desk allows, equipment treated with care.
We may end a session without refund for behaviour that endangers people or equipment.
Money and limits
Payment is due at or before the start of your session; passes are paid in full before use.
